DoorDash did not see our order have 2 bags, when delivered we were missing food, in other bag. Called the store and let me tell you, this Manager went above and beyond, he delivered the food we were missing, himself. I didn't get his name, this was today, Sunday 6/8/25 around 2pm. Thank you so much.

There was a mixup with our order and we ended up with the wrong food. We had to come back to the store and Tiana was super sweet and accommodating. She remade the whole order for us. Despite it not being her fault, she was really apologetic for it and super super helpful. Thank you Tiana!!

McAlister's is a safe bet every time. But remember the sandwichs are of the typical lunch meat variety and the sides are also typical to the norm. Great place to eat in a clean environment. Superb employees, could not ask for better. Stop in.
