Came in at 10:15pm ish after a long shift. Lady up front was very understanding at the fact that i dont come in often. She was polite, quick and patient. I got broccoli and beef, two orange chicken helpings, and lo mein. Hot and fresh for a place that was gonna close in 40 minutes!!
The service we received was good and so was the food, the only thing was we waited so long to dine in. Seems like all of the staff and food was dedicated to drivethru and take out. There were several items unavailable by the time we were next in cue. The staff was all very busy trying to keep up. Maybe they are understaffed. I would still go back there.
I went earlier today through their drive-thru and ordered two plate meals. I didn't open my food up until i got back home, and that's when I realized that someone had forgotten to add an entree that I ordered. I called the restaurant back to let them know and the manager Josh that I spoke with apologized and offered to fix it if I came back today or another day.
