I made the mistake of ordering the fried chicken. It took 40 mins to get my fried chicken. At least 4 tables full of people came in after my wife and I that ordered (sandwiches/ hamburgers), ate and left before we even received our food. My wife was on her lunch hour and had to end up getting our food to go due to the long delay. The only redeeming factor is that they gave us an appetizer for our troubles. I will go to chicken express from now on. Their atmosphere isn't at nice but the food tastes as good and is served quickly.
