Ordered a big dinner box on May 23, 2021 and wings came with no sauce, didn't get marinara sauce, no toppings and no crust flavoring. Called to complain and was told I would be getting a refund. 2 weeks passed and we never got anything back so I decided to call and check on the status of it. Employee over the phone told me he took down my information and would call me later. No one called me back so I called again to see if I could get my refund that I was told I would get. Manager was not helpful at all and when I asked if I could get the number to corporate he gave me a fake number. I was never rude to the person on the phone or raised my voice, just a person that was trying to get a refund after not getting what they paid for. Do not recommend coming to this Pizza Hut, the managers don't care about their customers and about the food either.

Super doughy. On the phone I kinda mentioned I didnt want it doughy and he said Na they come out crispy but sure enough..I shouldve insisted. The people in the ivory tower at pizza hut just dont get it cause the last 3 pizzas ive had have been doughy. I remeber it being nice and crunchier and a little bit of grease but not too much. Personal pans were good growing up. I don't think people like so doughy. like Who wants a doughy pizza?? The personal pans are thick and its bread was undercooked. Kind workers and Good toppings, just raw doughy bread.

We usually have our pizza delivered and about all the the time we have it delivered the employees are very nice. And the pizza is excellent as well

If you like thin crust pizza Pizza Hut used to be good but as corona19 is around the quality of pizza is not the same usually they are the only ones that put cheese to where you can taste it on a thin pizza not today so until they have back same staff quality is not worth buying

There are several pizza joints in Yukon but pizza hut is probably the 2nd best. Its clean inside and I dont think this one delivers but you can call in your order then pick it up at their drive through

We order from Pizza Hut about once a week and the pizza is usually delivered hot and quick. We had a couple of glitches in our order a while ago and the manager called us and made it right Can't say enough about their delivery drivers. They are always friendly and up beat. We love their pizza.

I feel Pizza Hut has really gone down hill or maybe the quality was no good because I used the pick 2 items for 5$. Well I got the medium pizza and paid 2$ more for extra cheese and of course, there is no extra cheese. The pizza was bland and the crust really hard. My other item was the bone less wings which came barley sauced. Soo under sauced that you can visually notice all of the dry spots on the boneless wings. I spent about 22$ with tip and delivery and it was not worth it at all.

I give this location 1 star. We've been here for the last 4 years and each time has been a disappointment. We've given them numerous of chances and this was the last. The management is absolutely terrible and rude, the phone rings for more than 10 minutes at a time, and they argue with you every single time you call in. We love Pizza Hut and it's an easy go to with a big family, we'll be ordering elsewhere!
