Staff at the drive thru was extremely rude and I asked for her name and she said sorry I can’t give you my name… Age was so rude in the drive thru and seemed like she hated her job 💯 and I drove by and she was yelling at other cars cussing..very poorly managed and poor management when I asked to talk to a manager. They need to get better staff with better customer service! Makes me not want to go back period.

Food was okay at best. The pickle was mid. Soda machine wasn’t working and customers said something about it but no apologies about it and the employee just filled her cup in the back. The employee who helped us was nice, but we stood at the register for like 6 minutes waiting and had other employees just look at us and not help. The interior is nice looking but you can tell it hasn’t been taken care of. The soda machine was leaking water and it was all around it and the trashed were all pretty full.

The order was for calzones. They were not calzones. Just sandwich on flat bread. Bread was not toasted and was very soggy. Not toasted at all. This was from the Yukon scholisktys deli. Not pleased with our food.
The food was delicious and the manger Micheal he was so sweet I will be going back

Very rude and rushed me through trying to figure out my order and then almost forgot my drink and I asked for no ice in my drink and she repeated it back to me and then failed to not put ice in said drink

WOW this place has gone downhill so much. Hard bread, sodas are almost always out at drink station staff is less than friendly, no enthusiasm whatsoever ordered being made wrong think I'll go elsewhere from now on.

AWFUL!!! Found MOLD on my kid’s sandwich!!! When they finally answered the phone…manager Sara hung up on me. Owner in Texas is the same. All she offered was another molded sandwich or a refund. Day 11 no refund. Called bank…no processing refund. Do NOT go here!!!
