This applies to all Sonics but this one seems to be one of the worst when it comes to the number of kiosks that are not working to take orders! On today’s visit three were just black. Now, this is somewhat understandable but where mgmt falls short is by not placing a cone or barricade in front of the out of order lanes so you are not pulling in/backing out trying to find one that is working. This is very basic customer service that would be greatly appreciated!

The fries are un-eatable, greasy and dried out at the same time (feel free to zoom into the picture posted), the lemonade tasted like water, and the mozzarella sticks were kinda ok (where normally, those are amazing at Sonic). To add to that, they force charge you a $2 tip when you pay - i paid using my card, selected the 'No tip button twice and it still charged me $2 more when I swiped my card. Def not coming back to this location. P.s. change out the oil you fry your food in, otherwise you will continue to have one time customers...

So I went to this sonic to grab a couple shakes and drinks. I had three of my kids with me, they were being noisy, so I just used the app to order. One worker came to let me know they were out of bananas. No big deal. She asked if I wanted everything else. I told her that was fine. When the order came out, another worker banged on my window. She was impatiently handing me the drinks. Asked if I needed anything else. Before I could open my mouth, she told me to have a good day and walked off. The shakes were already melted and ice cream was all over the side of my daughter's shake. She also got cookie dough pieces just piled on top. And not everything I added -and paid for was in my shake. Very disappointing.

My first trip to this Sonic after moving into the neighborhood. They were very busy at 2 pm on a Thursday. The service was understandably a bit slower. The food was a bit over cooked, but still good. I enjoy eating in the comfort of my vehicle.

Service is always good here, but several of the order boards are in poor condition. Screens are broken, speakers barely work, if they work at all. Operating a drive in restaurant where ordering is very difficult doesn’t seem like a good business plan.
