I do not understand why this location always runs out of bread, turkey, etc. then they have the odasity to say that they save everything for the online orders, I guess the customers that go in person are not important. When you tell them that they start being rude, if you want to be only online restaurant just close your doors for the rest of the people. Might make a sign saying in person customers are not appreciated unless you order online.

This was our first visit to this location, and we stopped by for a late dinner after a long, stressful day of moving. We arrived about 20 minutes before closing, not realizing it at the time. We were tired and hungry and we planned to order quickly and leave, as we didn’t mean to be an inconvenience. Unfortunately, the girl at the front counter seemed less than pleased to see us. Despite greeting her with a 'hi' and 'good evening,' she didn’t respond, which was disheartening, especially given how stressed we’ve been. A little kindness would have gone a long way for us right now.

That being said, the food was excellent and definitely better than what we’ve had at other locations.

Came here on Wednesday with family. Gavin took our order. He was very professional and made good eye contact. The smoothies turned out great. I think the manager handed us the smoothies and he thanked us. Highly recommend.

Good, healthy food! Great smoothies. They got my to-go order wrong this time, but I called back and asked them to make it right and they certainly came through so I'm definitely appreciative of the good business ethics. I appreciate management hearing me out and making it right. Thanks again & I'll be back soon!

On our most recent visit, it smelled faintly of sewage or old garbage. Usually, it doesn't smell like that. Everything else about the experience was great.
