A loyal customer for 4 years—deeply disappointed. I've been a customer of Acton Pizza for over four years, regularly spending good money for what I considered gourmet-quality pizza. I've also always made a point to tip the drivers generously. But after my most recent experience, I’m honestly questioning whether I can ever order here again. I have a serious allergy to tomatoes, and one of the reasons I’ve stuck with Acton Pizza for so long is because they’ve consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate that. If you have food allergies, you know how rare and meaningful that kind of care is. Unfortunately, last night changed everything. I placed an order totaling around $100, including tip. Out of the four pizzas, two were explicitly ordered without tomato due to my allergy. Two phone calls were made stressing this, and the staff assured me everything would be taken care of. Trusting them, I took a bite—and immediately realized there was tomato sauce on the pizza. The second pizza? Same issue—. Not only was this careless, it was dangerous. To make matters worse, delivery took over an hour. And the response from the restaurant? An offer for a free pizza and dipping sauce—as if that somehow makes up for the risky mistake. After a back and forth we with the manager and manager to owner I was given $20 in compensation.
I’m incredibly disappointed—not just by the mistake, but by how poorly it was handled. Acton Pizza, do better. Your long-time customers deserve more than this.

Rice balls at first try were amazing ...a little spicy with cayenne 🌶 great ...Sunday special of chicken bacon 🥓 pizza 🍕 was perfect combo ...cubed Home fries were a hit for all present ...Panzerotis were baked to absolutely 👌 ...delivered hot fresh ready to eat for my birthday celebration dinner ...ty

Pizza was amazing!! I ordered their indian style tandoori paneer pizza. And i tried thier ice latte was first time and it was too good.! Must try this place.

This place has the best coffees and pizza in the town, always upto standards and i love the iced hazelnut latte and the indian style pizza with butter chicken. My all time favourite is caramel latte in winters ❤️

One of the best hidden gems in town! The pizza was incredible crispy base, fresh toppings, and perfectly balanced flavors. You can tell they use quality ingredients.

Im giving this review after multiple chances of bad experience. I ordered pizza this past weekend and asked to make it indian style spicy with ginger garlic, green chillies but it was not there at all. This is not first time happened. If you guys are that busy, pls hire more cook. I am a local and always preferred this store for long time but recently after the owner or cook changes in Oct/Nov 2024, its not the same thing anymore…. I guess, I had to give the review this time.. I asked the guy at front counter to provide me with receipt of details after I paid for my order and he said he will give it once my order is ready. I got my pizza ready but he never gave me the receipt. Very bad experience.

Rude over the phone. Pizza is just OK. We ordered two different pizzas for delivery. Both pizzas were the same. Called to have the other pizza delivered and was hung up on. Will not order from here again. It's too bad because I liked this place a lot 2 years, but things have changed. Giving 2 star because they did deliver the correct pizza eventually.
i have been a customer at this location for over 15 years and the last few pizzas i have gotten from here have been terrible, the last pizza in particular will be my last from this location. i ordered a party pizza half pepperoni half cheese. when i got home i noticed the pizza was cold even though i watched them take it out of the oven, i also noticed that the pepperoni was picked off of one side of the pizza which leads me to believe they used an old pizza for my order. i will no longer buy pizza from this location

This place used to be good 3 years ago. It’s gone downhill since then. We ordered two nights in a row and both times, we asked for extra sauce on the pizza but it came very dry both times. The first time, they were super late while the second time, ordering the pizza was frustrating because the staff couldn’t read back the order correctly whatsoever. I tried emailing them about the issues but no response. Oh well, will be supporting a different local pizza shop instead.

Awful Business. From out of town, tried to use the washroom, was willing to come back out and make a purchase but when Nature calls… had the staff shoo me out like I was some teenager meanwhile I’m an adult. Wouldn’t even try the food after such a gross human interaction.
