I have already received 4 times and I have not been treated badly serviced the bad that there are no more places here.

This subway has gone way down hill. The girl working had to go in the back and ask who ever was back there how to make the sub. It also took 20 mins to make a pizza sub that had just pepperoni, cheese and sauce. The lady would stop making orders and start other ones while whoever was in the back just sitting there. This subway used to be the best now it’s just a shit show with owners and workers who to give a damn about customer service.

Worst place to go for a sub. They make the customers wait while they do Uber orders they don't greet you nothing. You just stand there and wait. Worst customer service ever. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there

I’m pretty sure this store was sold to a new owner. The quality has consistently gone done in at least the last 6 months. I found an extremely long hair in my sub and they simply offered to make another one. Seems to be the same 2 "new" Canadians working there most of the time that just speak in their own language while you're trying to order.
This used to be an awesome go to subway years ago. With the most probable new management and the new employees from countries that don’t have the same food service standards of Canada are really ruining it quick.
Even a buy one get one free deal isn't good enough for this place. Steer clear and avoid at all costs if you want to maintain your self respect and not bite into a sandwich that has been made with dirty gloves or EXTREMELY long hair inside your sub.

Saturday nov 30 I showed up to Acton subway and open sign was on and when I walked in the 2 Indian workers were just taking off there coats and , said to me to give them some time to set up , after about 8 min I got called to order ! LONG STORY SHORT TOASTER WASENT READY BUT SHE DECIDED TO PUT MY SANDWICH IN ANWAYS TO “WARM UP “ , NO HAIR NETS , brown lettuce ! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND CHOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION (THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME IAV HAD FAMILY AND FRIENDS ALSO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SAME 2 individuals ! 🤦🏾♂️ SHOUTOUT TO THE OLDER WHITE LADY WITH THE DRAGON FLY TATTOO WHO IS READY TO GO AND OPEN TO SERVE CUSTOMERS ON HER OPENING SHIFTS
