I'm not a person to write up bad reviews, but I think that this needs to be addressed. But I went with five of my friends and we all ordered oat milk with brown sugar pearls and sea salt crema. It's our favorite drink, and we have it at least once a week.We went to this branch and they gave us spoilt oat milk. I even brought it up to the girl at the counter telling her that the oat milk tastes fermented. I even saw the guy emptying out the old oat milk right after he made our drinks. She took out a brand new oat milk box and showed it to me. She also told me that It might be the sea salt crema and told me she doesn't know what to do.My friends and I didn't want to make any scenes, and we walked out of the store and had to throw away our drinks. Honestly, it was a horrible experience and not the way a customer should've been treated. There was no apology or even a slight remorse on what was done. I had stomach issues for almost three days after this.

My friend daughter always talk about bubbles tea. I told her when will come there I would like to drink it. Now I came here. I love that brown sugar with oat milk tea. It’s amazing and awesome. Very good service n great approach to customers. Nice place to dine. Lot of cool drinks n hot drinks available. Cakes , macaroni also here. Totally worth it.

Absolute most mid bubble tea. There are way better places like Coco, Gong Cha, Tiger Sugar, The Alley, and probably any place you get when you type "bubble tea" into Google

I ordered 2 drinks and a cheese tart. The drinks were somewhat average in taste. Loaded with artificial sweetener and artificial flavor, the drinks have definitely lost the nutritional values.The person behind the counter asked if the cheese tart need to be warmed up and I said yes. When I got home, I opened the box and suprisingly, I got a charred and burnt cheese tart. Lovely. Paid $6.60 before tax for a cheese tart and ended up getitng a burnt baked item.Definitely poor training and lack of knowledge in food preparation. That would be the root cause.Expectations are not met, so I have to give 1 star rating to this location for poor quality, poor value and poor customer expectation.To Chatime management.Please do not provide feedback to my review and ask for a receipt of the order. Attached pictures should be provide enough evidence beyond reasonable doubt of the purchase.My suggestion, please conduct a proper training and standard procedure to the franchise owner and his team in food preparation.

Located in a great plaza and neighbouring great businesses.Typically I find that it takes a long time to get your drinks when it comes to bubble tea.Service was quick and efficient and the drinks were done well! Staff were professional and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Such a rip off for your money, will not visit the Ajax location ever again ! I asked for a regular passionfruit tea with tapioca and they gave the smallest cup that I have never seen at any other cha time ever ! A waste of money and time to go here. I would suggest to go to other cha time locations.

I’ve been to many chatimes and this one is one of the better locations. The staff are friendly and of course, the bubble tea is up to standard with the other chatimes I’ve visited. It’s not yet a five star since they’re still a bit slow at making drinks but I’m sure over time their timing will get better! But overall I’m very happy and excited that they arrived in ajax now! :DEDIT: changed to 5 stars!

I recently tried the Chocolate smoothie and unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. Despite choosing the 100% sugar option, the smoothie was incredibly bland and lacked any real chocolate flavor. In Sri Lanka you can get a much better smoothie even from small shop. Overall, I was not impressed and would not recommend this drink to others.

Great place overtime however highly inconsistent when it comes to ordering. I can rarely order on the app or online. Just a horrible system overall. I usually end up not even order due to the constant reattempts.I guess if they wanted my business they would make ordering online for pickup easier.
