Chatime, a popular milk tea establishment, offers an exceptional dining experience. The staff, including the helpful owner, provide excellent service, addressing any concerns promptly and with kindness. The menu features a wide range of beverages, including QQ drinks and a delectable brown sugar with oat milk tea, as well as tempting cakes and macarons. The restaurant is known for its kid-friendly atmosphere, with caffeine-free options available. Customers consistently praise the great approach to customers and the overall quality of the establishment, although some have noted that the drinks have changed in taste and can be watery. Despite mixed reviews on staff friendliness, Chatime remains a go-to spot for milk tea enthusiasts, especially those who enjoy a lovely environment.
