SHOW PONY CUPCAKES!These cupcakes are for people who value the Instagram picture of their dessert more than the taste. The cupcakes turn to dust as soon as you eat them, they are as dry as a bag of sand. When you eventually are able to gather the crumbs off the plate to try one, they are bland and nothing to write home about.Credit where credit is due, they have the presentation figured out and they look nice. However, you would be further ahead eating cardboard.

Ordered two lattes, one toasted marshmallow and one white chocolate…..tasted both and couldn’t differentiate between the two they both tasted the same….like warm liquid served in a paper cup to enjoy inside. Sorry but I expected a mug not a paper cup, we went for the cafe experience but sadly that’s not what we had. We also each ordered a cookie which was very dry, did not taste freshly baked at all…..also as a side note the bakery has no bakery aroma?!?!? No cafe atmosphere at all. ?

Cupcakes Canada has some of the best cupcakes I’ve ever tasted. Great flavours, cupcakes are soft and moist, great tasting icing/buttercream. They usually have a pretty good selection during the day.

By far the worst cupcakes I’ve ever had even the ones from metro are 100 times better I drive down all the way from courtice cuz it’s my sons 5th birthday and got him cupcakes and they were horrible they crumbled in his hand and tasted so stale horrible horrible cupcakes waste of my money

I came across this place because I was looking for a local bakery to get some cupcakes for a friend's birthday.They had a pretty good deal on for a dozen cupcakes for $35I decided to go with their flavour of the month, Mango Raspberry Lemonade for half of them & Salted Caramel for the other half.The cupcakes looked beautiful and were ready on time.The customer service was just ok though. They weren't the friendliest

Purchased 6 assorted cupcakes from here, and I am extremely disappointed. They were soooo stale and old. You could tell those cupcakes had been sitting out for over a week. Icing was rock hard, actual cake was also super hard. We couldn’t even eat them, should have just taken my $20 and thrown it straight in the garbage. Don’t buy from here

Purchased 6 assorted cupcakes from here, and we had to throw them straight into the garbage. You could tell they had been sitting out for weeks, icing and cake was both rock hard. Just terrible! What a waste of $20. Do not purchase from here

I had arranged to pick up 16 cupcakes from this place that were supposed to be a mix of flavors from cookies and cream , red velvet, vanilla and chocolate and in individual boxes as it was for a bday party. It cost me $75 which i think is alot for cupcakes.The bday party was cancelled due to the unforeseeable sudden lockdown. As a small business and in the situation we are currently in you would think these people would check voice-mail and emails first thing in the morning incase customers had any change to their orders as there was a sudden lockdown just put in place.The response I received from the bakery was that they had come into work , made the cupcakes , packed them and THEN checked emails and voice-mails. They advised me there was two options , both involving buying more cupcakes from them at a later date. I am extremely disappointed at the lack of communication from this place. They wouldn't even consider refunding me for the individual boxes and just put them into one big box to save me a little bit of money. Extremely uncooperative.The cupcakes are not what I expected. They do not look like the picture. Small and very simple. I could have made them. They charged a lot and didn't come through. I would not recommend this place especially during the lockdown as they make zero effort to assist if a change in plan is necessary due to the covid lockdowns.
