When ever I order from here I always get the build your own yakisoba noodle bowl I ordered 2 on Uber Eats one time they both were made with rice last time I was there in store I ordered my whole family the same noodle bowls and 2 were made with rice today I went in store and ordered a noodle bowls a noodle bento box and a side of yakisoba noodles for my daughter the only thing that was noodles was the side these employees are not looking at the orders and when we went in to get it fix it bc I have a allergy they took the meat out of the container with the rice and put it back in the new container with the noodles and threw the rice in the garbage and then tried to charge me again when I came in to fix they’re mistake this is not a one time occurrence this happens all the time and the service needs to be improved I’ve never had this problem at the Pickering food court location it seems to just be the separate locations

I ordered skip the dishes because I couldn’t leave work for lunch. The chicken teriyaki with cauliflower rice was absolutely delicious, when arrived was served really hot, and a cute note to have a good day….and a surprise bonus, a pocky chocolate sticks bag for dessert! Fantastic as usual!

Completely new to Japanese food and we loved the Teriyaki chicken bowls with ramen and Suliyaki beef with rice. We also called for the bento box of Dynamite crunch sushi rolls and the kids loved the fried onions sprinkled on top. We ordered 4 times bec it was so good, we just wanted to keep going!

I love how nice and friendly my cashier was! She made a great recommendation for my dinner and it was amazing! I got the chicken teriyaki bento box with shrimp tempura @ California rolls. You have options for sides which is really cool! Thank you for the great experience and for a beautifully clean restaurant.
