Was there last week for a quick bite. Very underwhelming, despite 4 staff behind the counter service was slow. Took about 25 mins to get the Subs at the table, 2 of the 4 staff were walking around aimlessly doing nothing. 1 staff at the cash, the other making all sandwiches. Subs were very small, was expecting a little more meat and contents paying $45 for 2 medium Subs and 2 small soups. Total ripoff.

Shame on you. This location is completely gone down hill. We loved Firehouse subs from this location.. Not anymore. New owners do not offer a friendly atmosphere nor do they offer great customer service. When you are ordering a "premium" product that you are paying 20 bucks a pop for you should expect some sort of customer service and kindness. Nope none of the above. You walk in and that's the first problem... You continue with caution because you have a certain expectation. Nope again.. You order 4 subs and pay over 80 bucks. These subs use to be steller. Now the subs are comparable to subway (maybe even less). You open your sub all excited just to be let down severely. Your sub is litterly thrown together with less meat and veggies that you cannot even see. The veggies are so finely chopped you need a magnifying glass to see them. This location also does not understand English very well and you go home with the wrong order and are really let down as they do not even offer you your bill. We ordered 2 turkey bacon sandwiches and neither had the condements that we ordered and also ordered a brisket which they forgot all the toppings and a plain turkey and instead sent us home with a turkey bacon sandwich. We were so upset because we have a half hour drive and were not going back to fix their mistakes. If this is RBI new model for Firehouse good luck, because now you have lost one faithful customer. I am sure we are not the only ones. We will not pay extra for a "premium" sub when they are not. Our comments are do not even bother, not worth it.

Great tasting subs and good selection! A little more expensive than Subway/Mr. Sub but well worth it!

I do love me a Firehouse sub. Not sure what more to say, they make them fresh and they come out warm. Not custom sandwiches, you get them how they make them, but they make them tasty. Not very quick, but worth it in the end.

Had the worst sandwich I've ever had from any Firehouse location here. Was there last night around 7pm, only 1 customer in the store with 4 plus employees. The order was taken quickly, and the wait was minimal before receiving our food. Unfortunately, I was on my work break, so I had the sandwich to go. The sandwich didn't survive the 5 minute drive back to my workplace. By the time I got the box open, it looked like my sandwich (cheddar and beef brisket with "lite" sauce) was swimming in grease! The entire bottom bun was completely soaked to the point that it was now useless and was put off to the side. I ate the guts of the sandwich along with the top portion of the bun and called it a day! Definitely more training is needed on how to prepare their food for this not to happen. I have had longer drives with other locations without any issues. I love Firehouse and will definitely return, but I will be hesitant to try this location again or will be on the watch while they make my sandwich to ensure they dump the grease properly after heating up the meat before its thrown onto the bread.
