I do love me a Firehouse sub. Not sure what more to say, they make them fresh and they come out warm. Not custom sandwiches, you get them how they make them, but they make them tasty. Not very quick, but worth it in the end.
Best customer service the employees always have a smile on there face and never fails to amaze!! The place is always clean and well maintained thanks to them for the best customer service always!

Was there last week for a quick bite. Very underwhelming, despite 4 staff behind the counter service was slow. Took about 25 mins to get the Subs at the table, 2 of the 4 staff were walking around aimlessly doing nothing. 1 staff at the cash, the other making all sandwiches. Subs were very small, was expecting a little more meat and contents paying $45 for 2 medium Subs and 2 small soups. Total ripoff.
