We ordered a hot honey chicken quinoa bowl and and yams. The bowl had barely any flavour and the yams were hot, but soggy. It was such a disappointing meal. There were also only 2 people working so everyone's orders too a long time to fulfill. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

Got two quinoa salad bowls from here last Sat for thankgiving dinner with friends, however found a fruit fly in one of the boxes and had to throw it out. Customer service was great but this ruined the experience.

We ordered 4 bowls yesterday Honey Mustard Chicken x 2, Pesto Chicken and Teriyaki Twist. None of them were up to standard and didn't feel fresh either. I wouldn't try again for the amount they are charging. Extremely disappointed.

I’ve been to this Freshii location many times in the past, but my last two visits have been extremely disappointing.
Today when I ordered the older lady working behind the counter was both rude and confused when taking my order, she seemed so agitated. When I got home, my bowl was completely dry with barely any sauce, I’ve had this bowl many times before, this wasn’t how it should have tasted. To make it better, I also ordered a side of waffle fries, which were so undercooked. I also think I got food poisoning as the little bit I ate is now not sitting well with me.
What makes all of this worse, is that the restaurant wasn’t even busy, so there really wasn’t any excuse for the poor quality or service/bad attitude. After two bad experiences in a row, it’s clear that management and staff need to step it up. Leaving very dissatisfied and will not be returning.

Their portions are smaller than all other freshii locations. When it’s a special it’s even worse. Will not visit again happens too many times.
