I don't usually do Google reviews. But had to warn others. This Freshii is by far the worst Freshii in the GTA, and I go to four other locations regularly. From the moment you walk in they're not happy to see that you walked through the door, and that sentiment is reflected in their preparation of the food. From forgetting toppings, to mixing up orders, to horrendous cuts of meat - they fail on multiple fronts...save your money, go to Whitby instead.

Okay so I purchased a salad and a smoothie for today on July 29. I was just out for a few minutes and yes I know they packaged my order and I told the driver I won’t be home for a little because I was out. And once I got home I didn’t see my order in my doorstep or anywhere else. I contacted this location they rejected my refund and said I’ve asked for the past month which was false and very funny because I only ordered 3 times from them and twice my order was either lost or stolen. And the 2nd time I ordered it was successfully delivered I actually got my order. I wouldn’t waste my time or there time if it wasn’t true. And now they said they closed my account and I cannot order anymore through delivery and I called so many times no one is answering ! Such Terrible customer service !! And now they’re saying to give me a gift card of $40? That’s not what I asked for you can keep that $40 I want my $36.44 refund to original payment! Do NOT purchase from this location because they will keep your money and your order was not received. I got another email and it said I has used 3 different emails and credit cards at our store in the last 2 weeks. Thank you for disabling her delivery access to our store. We have red flaged her at the store level. highly suggest you place a red flag on her too.

Update it is now August 06 I was nice enough saying if they can refund me I promise I will delete this review and still said no to refund so I will be keeping this HONEST review rather have me keep this no problem i’m easy to communicate with.
Also if you guys decide to order here and for delivery and if this happens do a bank dispute! They don’t care scamming yall they don’t care keeping your money that you worked for without really getting your order

First time at freshii, it was great. Nice staff, fast service, clean. Food and smoothies were good.
Not sure if this is standard, but my bowl with avocado only had a quarter of an avocado! That was a bit disappointing.

The two stars are because I was looking for a healthy meal and at least they offer salads but I did a build your own and it was terrible. The sweet potato was not cooked long enough so it wasn't soft, the steak didn't look like real meat it was so dry and had no flavour, the salad bowl wasn't even full and then had way too much dressing so it was very vinegary. They should at least have the dressing in a separate cup so you can decide how much you want. Even still I will not be ordering from here again because it did not taste good but it was also definitely overpriced.

I ordered the 2 for 1 Oxaca bowl and thought it was great until I was eating some of it and noticed I was chewing on a small piece of plastic. I was horrified. Luckily I noticed it and didn't swallow it. I don't think I will be ordering from here again.

I just got a Cobb salad and they gave me maybe a hand full of lettuce. The portions here are so small. I love freshii but the one in Oshawa is SO much better. I’m done giving this location my money. Horrible portion sizes it’s embarassing.
