I came to pick up coffee drinks with my wife this morning and Don was amazing in the drive thru. In our brief interaction, Don was friendly and had a great positive energy. From my previous visits here, my experiences were great as well. I'd like to recognize all the amazing staff at this location that make amazing things happen in the world of us coffee lovers. This is a newer Starbucks in Ajax. There is a lot of room to hangout or work (unlike other locations in Ajax). The staff is always friendly. Drinks are always made to my dietary requests. They are also very accommodating - one time I ordered two cold brew coffees and they didn't have any so they asked if iced coffee was okay. I didn't mind and agreed. They only charged me for one because they felt bad they didn't have cold brew! Great customer service!
