Went to this Harvey's on Friday January 26 and spent 1 hour waiting for two veggie burgers and a small onion rings during my lunch break from work. I understand the location was busy with delivery and Uber orders but it is unacceptable to have one person working at the front expected to deal with all those orders. And there was at least six or seven people waiting in queue behind me as a result of how slow the service was. I honestly waited about 30 to 40 minutes in line before going ahead and actually making an order and after that I still had to wait another 30 minutes. People in line behind me realized how long it was taking and actually left the store because of how slow it was and the guy in front of me actually called out one of the workers when he came from the back asking why he had been waiting 20 mins with no acknowledgement or sorry for the wait. Lastly, I also wanted to mention that whenever I go to a Harvey's with a Swiss Chalet I always request for the fries to be Chalet fries and have them changed with no issues including once before at this store (I actually prefer their fries and often look for locations with the Swiss Chalet just so I can switch them). However when I asked for my fries to be Chalet fries at the cash they said that they don't do that there... It's disappointing that I had this experience here and I won't return to this location to give them my business even though it's the closest one to me. I'd much rather take my chances at the Westney or Bayly locations.

Chicken fingers are fresh every time. Made with real meat not a remix like some are. Good portion sizes. Good at any Harvey's I've been to.

Unfortunately, I ordered 3 items including a large size slushes for delivery and paid 15% tips. When it’s arrived, the slush is missing. The driver said there was no drink’s been given when he picked up and asked me call the store. Then I called the store, after a long hold, I have been told it was a mistake on their end. And I have to go there to pick it up if I need that drink. Though the lady picked up the phone was nice, my first time ordering experience on Harvey’s APP was very disappointing.

I had a delivery that was botched and I wasn’t sure if it came from this location or the other location located in the Wesley Heights Plaza i had messaged corporate about it and I got an email back from two general managers one of them being Terry at this location. Who listened to the issue I had with kindness and compassion, and has completely redone the order for me for delivery at no cost even though we aren’t sure which location the order came from absolutely above and beyond on the service and customer care. Thank you so much for making my day. The food is always a good quality and I’m excited for my order.

Overall very disappointed in this location - it is shared with a Swiss Chalet.First we ordered 2 hot dog kid combos and 2 adult burger combos. I ordered ahead of time for pick up as we were coming back from an outing. We arrived before it expected to be ready, however it took an additional 10 minutes after our expected pick up time, plus they forgot one of the hot dog buns and the kids "toys".While we waited we noticed there were no clean tables or napkins for us to clean them ourselves, which we did after asking for napkins. The food tasted fine, albeit a bit cold - especially one of the hot dogs.My kids needed to use the bathroom while here also, and they were disgusting. They hadn't been cleaned recently, and we're what my wife called "disgusting".Anyway, I was surprised how poor this location was considering it was a flagship store - full restaurant with a Swiss Chalet split. I sadly won't be back, there are many much better maintained locations that I feel safer bringing my family too.
