I had a delivery that was botched and I wasn’t sure if it came from this location or the other location located in the Wesley Heights Plaza i had messaged corporate about it and I got an email back from two general managers one of them being Terry at this location. Overall very disappointed in this location - it is shared with a Swiss Chalet.First we ordered 2 hot dog kid combos and 2 adult burger combos. I ordered ahead of time for pick up as we were coming back from an outing. We arrived before it expected to be ready, however it took an additional 10 minutes after our expected pick up time, plus they forgot one of the hot dog buns and the kids "toys".While we waited we noticed there were no clean tables or napkins for us to clean them...read full review
