It's not what it used to be. The owner isn't really a people person, they closed off the bathroom to the public, so you can't even wash your hands and the ice cream is no different from ice cream you get anywhere else. For what's is worth, go to the grocery store and buy a tub for the same price as one scoop here.I have been going here for almost 20yrs. It was much better before. Customer service is a thing of the past, I guess... Sadly, that will be the last time I will be going there.

First time visiting for the year. Tried the Wolf Paws flavour, great combination of ingredients.It appear there are new owners of this establishment. Great selection of flavors, most are Kawartha ice cream. Prices fairly reasonable.The courtyard behind the ice cream shop really needs an uplift to be more inviting for families and some of the interlocking stones are raises. Careful if you're visiting this area with children or seniors.

Went in for ice cream on May 26 for 5 minutes at 6:20 pm and came out to a parking ticket on my car. I was parked in a designated parking spot and called the city of Ajax in regards to the ticket and they told me it was the building owner/security that had issued the ticket. I call the ice cream shop to ask about getting the owner information and was told "I'm just an employee" and recieved no help on the issue by the person who answered the phone. Not a good look.
