The wait is REALLY LONG.if there's 1 or 2 people in front of you good luck. You're waiting 20 to 30 minutes.They need to have 2 people working. This is the 2nd time in the last month I'm going there and the 2nd time I've had to wait over 25minutes.They need to stop putting stuff away 2hours before closing.Other than that I guess they're all the same.

Most days when I go its ok and i get a great server ..Im unsure of her name but shes always plesant. Then other days i get this older lady who i find to not necessarily have any customer service type attitude ...she barely speaks and put the wrong sauce on my sub and didnt acknowlwdge it. Then forgot the give me my cookies which i didnt go back for due to time and i didnt want them to question wether im lieing so i took the loss . I dont really like visiting this subway but it works with my time and location. I prefer to grab a sandwich from the nova era a few doors down now. Anyways my ratings are low because of the staff and customer service is just not there with all employees. Do better.

Reham , she’s employee here . Very rude and seems like she doesn’t like serving customers. Tries to ignore customers requests and if they insist she’s reluctant to do that. She gives bombastic side eye look. Pathetic service. Will never come back.

The lady name Reham doesn’t know how to serve customers. She refused to grill our sandwich and mentioned you guys ask all the veggies and now you are telling me to grill , it’s too much work. I usually don’t write such stuff but she needs to learn some customer service.

?Came here to add my one star review and look how many have beat me to it! And yes it’s my fault because I didn’t check the receipt. I shouldn’t have to!My son had a quick turn around at a nearby sporting event and requested a sub. This was the closest option.I began giving my sons order (custom) and was asked if I just wanted a regular menu option as it contained most of the toppings my son wanted. Sure, that’s perfect.At the check out the prices seemed high ($41) for two sandwiches and was told double meat costs more. (My reg purchase is a double cold cut, so I’m familiar). I paid and left.After quickly delivering the coveted sandwich I reread the receipt… I was charged for the “suggested” sandwich AND charged extra ($5) for the included bacon.Bait and switch is becoming a regular thing a Subway. Time to move on.

Worst subway ever.. no customer service, no proper food. Lady gave me veggie patty without even heating up just like that from container and burned bread , she doesn’t know how to charge money , charged for different items for 1 sub , no hand soap in Washroom. When I asked extra onions I got 2 pieces in total .. and paid 9$ for just burnt bread , cold patty and few lettuce and onions

Do not expect them to be open on a weekday at 8am. They are always late and open at 9am. They should just change their hours on google.

The owner is very nice but the old lady who works there makes my sandwich like she hates my existence and this disdain transfers right into the sandwich.... I tried to eat this soggy garbage and couldn't even take a single bite before throwing it and my money I spent with it in rhe garbage... I've tried multiple times but I swear I'll never bother again as I've probably wasted $50 there and can't take it or afford to throw my money away anymore..... completely disgusted with this person, I couldn't keep her working in my establishment and I did not want to complain but this is ridiculous.

Haven't been to subway in a while. Decided to stop in cause I had coupons that arrived in the mail. I said its been a while so let me try subway out again. This location picks and chooses which coupons they accept ? they don't accept all coupons due to their system.... the 2 ladies working were rude and refused to honor the coupons. I definitely don't recommend this location and I will never go back.

I’m surprised by all the 1 star reviews. I will share that my recent experience was good as the customer service was great and friendly and my sandwich tasted great as all ingredients were fresh.

[Cutting Corners]Grilled Chicken appeared to be what is normally a single portion cut in half turn it into a double. Topping volume was determined by a small pinch being spread across a foot long sandwich. A request for more led to me being informed that I was being charged extra.I usually tolerate the reduced portions of this Subway branch due to convenience but this most recent incident was so egregious I felt compelled to write this review to let future customers know what they are likely in for and that they might find more bang for their buck at alternate locations.
