Most days when I go its ok and i get a great server ..Im unsure of her name but shes always plesant. Then other days i get this older lady who i find to not necessarily have any customer service type attitude ...she barely speaks and put the wrong sauce on my sub and didnt acknowlwdge it. Then forgot the give me my cookies which i didnt go back for due to time and i didnt want them to question wether im lieing so i took the loss . Reham , she’s employee here . Very rude and seems like she doesn’t like serving customers. Tries to ignore customers requests and if they insist she’s reluctant to do that. She gives bombastic side eye look. Pathetic service. Will never come back.

The wait is REALLY LONG.if there's 1 or 2 people in front of you good luck. You're waiting 20 to 30 minutes.They need to have 2 people working. This is the 2nd time in the last month I'm going there and the 2nd time I've had to wait over 25minutes.They need to stop putting stuff away 2hours before closing.Other than that I guess they're all the same.
