Staff was nice but the wait times are outrageous. I understand there is a drive thru here but you guys need more staff to attend to guests waiting in the front. I waited more than 15min just to get my order taken.

I’ve been coming to this location ever since I was a child, over the past few years when they changed the management, this has easily become the worst time hortons location in Durham. Very rude staff. I ordered through the drive through and the worker got into an argument with me over my order which led me to have to come in. The manager wasn’t any help either, they didn’t even remake my order fresh that they messed up, they gave me and old one packaged up that was cold. I hate this location and the staff that ruined Tim Hortons reputation. Avoid this location by any means. They’re all terrible, management and staff.

Please fix your drive thru. There's a half foot pot hole that's almost impossible to avoid. Plus the other minor ones.

This is my first time writing a review because I have never been so disappointed with my experience here. I visited around 8pm on Monday, March 2nd. There were two employees working, and one was on her phone while I was waiting. They were speaking loudly in sharp tones and criticizing other employees and customers within earshot, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. Even though I was the only person in line, it took a long time before I was helped. The coffee did not taste good, and the bathrooms were very dirty. I’ve been coming to this location for years, which makes this especially disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues.

I had a very bad experience at this location in the morning. One hijabi staff member was very rude, and no matter what I said, she was still rude. I hope this can be improved so customers are treated better.

This is the third time I’m experiencing this. Ordered chai latte with a tea bag. It doesn’t have sugar or any taste in it. Can’t drink at all. I’m not ordering a drink to go home and alternate. This happens on Saturday mornings , every Saturdays. I usually buy the same on weekdays morning around 7.30am and that’s perfect. Why it is different? Should we stop ordering from this location????

I am seriously AMAZED at the employees of this location!! I used to be a regular customer about 5 years ago when I was in my first and second year of high school, however I moved during the pandemic and didn’t return. I seldom stop in, but when i am in the area I always stop by. I happened to be chatty this morning, and complimented the speed of service (this location used to be a bit slower). One of the employees in the back happened to recognize me as I also recognized her, and we sort of had a moment of shock before acknowledging it. The attention to detail and diligence to the customer it takes to do that is absolutely phenomenal and i am BLOWN AWAY by the service!!

I have noticed this many times some employees put medium or small espresso shot in a large drink. And upon asking one employee replied manager told us to do so - cost cutting. Basically they are stealing and not honouring. Please stop doing that.

Didn’t add sugar to my coffee.
Was in to purchase 2 tins of original blend coffee for home this is strange snice when do you have to pre order these tins and have to pay a 50 dollar deposit for the tins. I have to say don't think staff understands the English language when you tell them tins of coffee

If I get a change I will give 0 starts as staff is having worst attitude girl named Ayesha ( was busy on phone and I asked 3 times about my order she didn’t and replied) will never visit again
