My husband and I had such a horrible experience at this location. We were met with rude female staff today at 9:30 pm who yelled at my husband. The other female staff was extremely rude to us and had zero customer service skills. I really hope the people that work at a Canadian establishment get trained to provide better etiquette and respect or please get another job.

After reading so many negative comments, I still came, if the other commenter reflect as they were treated. Customer service seems much better. The lady responds smiling and very nice. The bagel with cream cheese and jam was just touched with cheese and jam. It was at unacceptable level. Washrooms were clean and tidy.

On September 17 at 2:40 PM, I waited 15 minutes to order coffee while the customer service representative chatted with a customer. It seems they no longer value their customers; five people left without ordering due to being ignored. This decline in service quality prompted me to write this review after multiple experiences.
This place needs a lot of attention. I had recently been to this location. The front of house staff Molly is all by herself. She takes alot of time in preparation of orders. During the week day about 10.30 am in the morning no apple fritter donut and no blueberry muffin. When contacted the baker replied we have a lot of high school in this location. That also means been proactive. The manager has to make sure the staple food are replenished. The Indian Tall manager is always busy in the drive thru also the lady manager. Both managers always joking with the ladies around. Those is not a club a food establishment. The washrooms are Always dirty. The manager is not a store manager anymore but a drive thru manager. They never check the cleaniness of the dining room. They always are chatting bothered about drive

Hi ,i had very bad experience with this tim horton..there are two ladies one with hijab so called manager and another one i am not familiar with the name,they both are so-so rude .They kept on commenting at us and laughing with each other .they keep on making fun of the customers in their presence.they straightaway told me on my face that if you do not like this place why are you coming here again and again.these people donot deserve to be in customer representation.
Terrible service. First of all, very hard to understand what they say via drive through. When I tried to confirm that they didn’t have veggie bowl or wraps, the lady started yelling. It was between 2-3 pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Not busy, no line up. Just horrible and disrespectful service. I see a lot of bad reviews down here about this place and Tim Hortons kept saying “sorry”. Stop being sorry, do something, Tim Hortons.

Took 10 mins for someone to take my order with only 2 people in front of me. Then 5 mins for a chedder cheese croissant. Ridiculous

Bad customer service. With juice, egg sandwich etc asked for a glass of water. I am sure I was charged 10c for cup (no problems for me). When dispensing water she muttered “everyone asking for water”. And later went to counter for water refill. Again same bad attitude after leaving the cup on the counter although I was waiting on a different side(as if asking for water refill became a crime). Did never came across this attitude in my 30 years of visiting other Tim Hortons. Maybe, she needs better training or having a bad morning.

Complete lack of respect, could not understand 3 different employees. Lady with rags on her head was horrible to deal with. Was told no sausage or beacon was available. While I herd drive through ordering them both..... will never return again
