Staff was nice but the wait times are outrageous. I understand there is a drive thru here but you guys need more staff to attend to guests waiting in the front. I waited more than 15min just to get my order taken.

I am seriously AMAZED at the employees of this location!! I used to be a regular customer about 5 years ago when I was in my first and second year of high school, however I moved during the pandemic and didn’t return. I seldom stop in, but when i am in the area I always stop by. I happened to be chatty this morning, and complimented the speed of service (this location used to be a bit slower). The baked items and coffee actually taste fresh. Friendly staff and clean environment. They didn’t charge 10 cents for the cup of water even though I was ready to pay. Good customer service.
