The baked items and coffee actually taste fresh. Friendly staff and clean environment. They didn’t charge 10 cents for the cup of water even though I was ready to pay. Good customer service.

After reading so many negative comments, I still came, if the other commenter reflect as they were treated. Customer service seems much better. The lady responds smiling and very nice. The bagel with cream cheese and jam was just touched with cheese and jam. It was at unacceptable level. Washrooms were clean and tidy.

I work nearby and had Tim’s points to burn so came here to grab lunch knowing that the place might be overrun by students from the nearby schools… it wasn’t bad. I’d say it was full but not crowded and the kids weren’t being loud or obnoxious. The lady behind the counter who seemed to be in charge also seemed to have everything under control and keeping things moving well.
