There’s no line or rush, the people at the register waste time, and I had to wait 10 minutes just to get my order taken. Overall good food send atmosphere is nice, it’s just the service takes too long

Customer service, does Timmies even care aboutcustomer service. You walk in, staff walks by you as you wait for someone to come to take your irder, laughing about someones at the counter...why not say...someone will be with you shortly. My order for a toasted everything bagel with extra butter was suppose to have at leat enough butter on the entire bagel...so when I get it and it barely has any butter, I request a knife and butter on the side, why give attitude, the manager...
