Drive thru has been getting drastically slower. Accuracy is also getting worse. Todays Diet Coke tasted suspiciously like root beer. Can't wait to check my sugar in the morning.

One thing I can’t stand is people who are improperly trained or just shouldn’t be working in customer service. Just remember without your customers you would not have any orders to take, check your attitudes and teach your employees proper customer service. I work in service myself and after a long day of dealing with people, hungry, frustrated and wanting my bed I still have a smile on my face when I come through your drive through.
