Pumpernickel is the best bagel 🥯 in town!!!!!
I ordered twice from here through Uber and both orders were great! The Date Almond Smoothie and Morning Greens smoothie are soo tasty and the Chicken Salad Sandwich on an everything bagel was perfect

Save yourself the money and walk a few doors down to longos, buy a pack of smoked salmon instead of spending $12 on a single bagel with ONE tiny slice of salmon! The prices are out of control for what you actually get… which is ripped off.

I had had the avocado pressed toast before, but on Sunday, I was at work, by myself, and hungry hungry.. After a lengthy deliberation (with myself lol) I decided to try the chicken pressed toast! Anddddd Ohhh myyyy gosh!!! Omg omg omggg! The combination of flavours - it was a better-than-sex experience! 😍❤️😸 I had two other people try a bite (all I could spare lol 🤷🏽♀️) of my sandwich and even they fell in love! One bite! Sooo, it is now Tuesday..and I am back, currently waiting for my order of 3 x chicken pressed toast! (They’re not all for me, but very well could’ve been!) guys, it is AMAZING! 🤩 lovely, friendly staff, and large, open, bright atmosphere, too! There is a small, but spacious section where you can eat-in, as well! Thank youuuu soooo much! My life is changed forever! ❤️❤️❤️
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and vegan options for sandwiches and wraps! And omg they are delicious too - even though I’m not vegetarian or vegan!
Dietary restrictions: Vegan and vegetarian friendly options! I noticed when placing orders, modifications are accepted :)
Parking: It’s located in a plaza, plenty of free parking, and accessible parking out front!
Wheelchair accessibility: The location is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking spots out front, and space to operate a wheelchair inside!

First time visiting and was happy with everything. Gotta a Bagel BELT which was made fresh and fast. Sizes are a bit small for the price in my opinion but overall enjoyed it. Lots of parking. Big store.

It's been a few years since I've gone to What-a-Bagel but I find this location is quite stressful compared to their downtown Toronto location. Here they let people cut in line and it's chaotic while waiting and can take quite a while. Some personnel are really nice and helpful (those who help bag your bagels when you buy in bulk) while others just don't care about who's been waiting in line and will help the loudest, pushiest one first (cashiers). I've really loved the downtown Toronto location which seems more organized and this one is quite bad in comparison. Last I went to the downtown location they used Ritual which made it easy to order, grab and go. This location isn't showing up on the app for me so I assume it's not on there. I think that would improve the experience here. The bagels and sandwiches are good so I subject myself to this poor experience every now and then but I'm gonna try to find an alternative place to get bagels that's a more enjoyable shopping experience.

Everything is fresh daily. But they also sell day old bread and pastries which is my go-to.
The store in Ajax doesn’t sell muffins but the one located in Toronto south of the 401 does, so I go there to buy cornmeal muffins. Yum.

We come from Markham to eat their bagel sandwiches. Its Halal. Chicken on cloud bagel is the best one. Myrine has excellent customer service and made our bagels to perfection.
She was so nice to bring my daugther fries to the table and was very kind. Bagels are very fresh to taste and place is clean . Highly recommended

their chicken schnitzel sandwich is SO good, but they are sooo slow. You'll be waiting there while you watch uber drivers pick up their orders over and over again without getting yours. waiting 10-15 mins on a good day. The filipino ladies are so kind but some of the other workers are definitely nor.
