I sometimes get the breakfast special, which comes with a bagel, tomatoes, cucumber, fried potatoes, and 2 eggs. I sometimes substitute egg salad instead of the regular fried eggs and I’ve never had an issue before.
I went today, March 18, 2026, at 7:10 AM, and there was an Indian lady at the cash who said they never do that, have never done it, and that it would be extra. When I told her I’ve had it in the past, she denied it.
Customer service, I thought, could be better. Sometimes it feels like some people lack warmth or basic customer service, and come across as robotic, unable or unwilling to think for themselves, even if it means losing a customer.
I won’t order from her again and was disappointed with the service.

The quality is what sets this location apart. The bagels come out hot, with a crisp exterior and a soft, dense interior. They taste fresh, not mass produced. The sandwiches are generous and built with care. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and handled properly. Jeff’s leadership shows in the consistency. The team works with focus and pride. Orders move quickly, but nothing feels rushed. The staff are friendly, organized, and professional.
