I had such a great experience at this Subway! The young man that helped us named Aaron was very welcoming, patient, and really went the extra mile to make sure my order was exactly the way I wanted it. The service was fast with a smile, which is pleasant now a days, specially how no one seems to want to work anymore and be friendly. It’s always nice to walk in and feel like the employees genuinely care. Definitely one of the best Subways I’ve visited! Thank a lot Aaron !

Pre-ordered 2 sandwich platters and 1 cookie platter for a birthday party.
Sandwiches were excellent! Everyone loved them and I had a lot of questions from party goers about how easy/difficult ordering was. It was so easy - just ordered online and paid the day before.
Well done to the staff who prepared the order! Upon pickup, they were very excited for the large order and made sure that there were lots of condiments and napkins on the side as requested.
They even helped to open the door and carry the order to the car. They were super pleasant and did a great job! Kudos to them!

Customer Service has gone downhill nowadays (to put it lightly) so when being served by a young gentleman by the name of Erin, it is a very pleasant experience! Super friendly, polite and respectful!

Old bread, can't spread condiments evenly or actually put them IN the sandwich. It's like these people never ate a sandwich in their life.

Worst sub ive ever eat.
I ordered online and ask for more Chipotle, this is what i got!
Barely any veggies but flooded with sauce, really disappointed wont order from there anymore.
Never again, I went there twice, both times was bad, it's not fresh, steak was bad and the bread not fresh and was hard, the meat was pass due for sure, it went straight to garbage, they should doo something about the flies. I will never go back there, I'm very disappointed with that store

Was coming to get food and when the employee saw me pull up she turned off the lights and his was 20 minutes to 9 , closes at 9:30
Taste is good, I got 3 of 12 inch subs and 2 cokes, paid around 52$ but myself I don’t drink cold drinks, after having a dinner, I asked for a cup of water from them, they refused me that. Why would they do that? If I wouldn’t have bought anything I understand but makes no sense on this.

Attended on March 16 2025 after driving back from Montreal Airport. Received the best service from Arron. He was polite, provided attention to our needs. Restaurant was very busy. We were very satisfied with the quality of service he provided and his approach.

Restaurant was nice and clean. Food was great. The best part was the 2 employees who were working the evening of March 30th, offered very fast and friendly service!
The 2 of them got hit with a big rush of 8 people walking in all at once and handled it with style and grace.

Absolutely amazing experience thanks to Aaron! We had stopped being regular customers when we noticed a decline in quality but now with him we are sure to be back! Amazing!! Thank you so much, and made it fun for our daughter to build her wrap too! Great great experience!
Was missing alot of ingredients the employee had great customer service but said workers prior to his shift did not fill up on items so reason being there was missing lots of things. If you eat a sub or bowl you should have ingredients available. Then took a drink in the fontain machine and there was no "gas" left in it so drinks were flat brought that to the employee's attention and said he has none to replace. It is not the first time we go there and every time there is something. I had previously made complaints to head office which these were rectified but since a few months now they are lacking again and its unfortunate because there's not alot of choices to go to...

40min wait for a salad online order. When I got to the store to pick it up as it said it was ready, she hadn’t even done it yet. So I left and I had already paid. When asked for a refund she didn’t know how to do it.

Wow, just wow. Attended this store where the representative makes a sub without any condiments on some of the container, sauce containers empty and trie to serve soup that is just noodles and no soup. No adult supervision and felt like I was on a comedy show. Beware worst Subway ever.
