“So we showed up and they were on a conditional health board pass, part of the cold table had died so the meat was held in the back fridges. Other than that the only thing that takes a star from this subway is not having jalapeños. The staff was the most friendly and talkative of any in any subway before. She strived to be sure everything was as perfect as could be.”

“Bistro Montebello is the village’s well-kept secret.All the dishes are absolutely excellent, the portions are generous and the service, always pleasant and courteous, is quite fast. This is the restaurant frequented by the locals.They make the best wood-fired pizza I've had in a long time. Sometimes I take the detour just for that.The place often looks empty - because the small dining room at the front of the restaurant is usually closed and will only be opened when additional space is needed. This is the only “error” I find in them. Otherwise, as soon as you walk inside, you are directed to the back of the restaurant and every time, it's almost a full house.Parking: There is a large parking space across the street from the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Yes, it's a decidedly family-oriented restaurant, but quiet.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a small access ramp outside. Otherwise, the restaurant is accessible on one level.”

“We went for dinner at Le Napoleon and without exagerating, it is one of the best culinary experiences we've ever had in Canada. We were staying for a night in Montebello so we decided to walk around and find a place to have dinner at. The food was excellent, delicious and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was cozy, charming (the restaurant is also an art gallery) and the music playlist was to our taste (a little bit of everything). The service was somewhat quick, given the complexity of the dishes. The waiter was very polite and friendly.I cannot stress enough how delicious the food was, the best orzo I've ever had. The presentation of the plates better than most 5 star restaurants. As for the value, it is reasonable for what is offered.This place is a gem. Definitely worth the 1hr drive from Montreal.”

“Good homemade lunch. The menu offers a good variety. The homemade potatoes, bacon and baked beans were good. The waitress was attentive, kind and smiling. The restaurant was clean. It would be nice to add eggs benedict to the menu. The four slices of strawberries and two of apples could be a complement to other fresh fruits, it was not enough.”

“Visited this place by chance on the way back from Parc Omega and they made really good pizza.Ordered a large half pepperoni, half cheese, and it has lots of sauce, cheese and pepperoni. Super tasty not like some of these franchised pizza place. Would ordered from them again if I'm in the area because the pizza are that good.”
