Stuck in drive thru for over 30 mins! Cars cut off other cars, wait is literally insane. Stopped for a quick coffee and tea on the way to Montreal, never again. This may be the slowest tim hortons anywhere. 0 stars.
Always stop in here on my way to Ottawa. Service is always fantastic.
Closed 10 minutes before close time.

The food is good and the place us clean.
Took a cilantro chicken salad. Asked for less rice. The bowl is half empty , no tomatoes, almost no lettuce and full of rice !

Parking: The one thing that would be appreciated would be to have at least 4 handicapped parking spots. With the large volume of customers of all kinds of abilities and disabilities, or physical limitations for all ages. Most businesses provide 5-8 parking areas for disabled people. I would think this should be the same for Tim’s, instead of their now 2 handicapped parking spots.

Let me preface by saying i rarely write reviews, but this place needs one. I’m also only giving 2 stars because the staff is usually friendly, however, this location seriously needs to be evaluated for food safety
After getting food poisoning so bad i had to miss work for 2 days, hair in my food, and blue dots on my bacon i was sworn off Tim Hortons entirely for awhile, the only resolution offered to me was “i hope you come again to give us another chance”
Until today, when i decided to get a large french vanilla.. figured i would be safe, and it’s 3/4 full. I seriously thought it was some kind of sick joke when i was handed this.
As friendly as the staff is, do not waste your money at this joke of an establishment.

Worst tim Hortons out there. They are soooooooooo slow. We often wait over 20 minutes in a drive thru with about 4 or 5 cars. Once you get to the window, there's a good chance your order is wrong. Always double check at this location

2 errors during my last 2 visits, the first time, I was missing a hash brown, the second time he gave me the entire wrong order. It's very frustrating, especially when you're at work and you don't have time to go back and mess around with it. Poor service like this deserves 1 star, but I got 2 because I know some of their employees are very good. It would be fun if Tim Hortons paid their employees better so we wouldn't find ourselves being served by people who don't care about their jobs. From now on I will always double-check my order before leaving the drive-thru because errors are very common.
Great staff and great food and drinks. I wish there was outside seating though
