I am truly blown away by the experience I had tonight. It was 7:51pm and I didn't want to walk in if they were closing at 8pm so I called to find out when they were closing as I wasn't sure. He told me to come and they would stay open for me and not to worry! I have NEVER had an experience like this ever. Considering they were closing he never once made me feel rushed in deciding what to eat. He made sure to let me know I could order anything I wanted and he would be happy to make it. Niraj was so kind, so appreciative of my business, and happy to serve me. That was without a doubt one of the best experiences I have ever had in a restaurant/fast food. I will be going out of my way to come back to this specific Guac. You do not have experiences like this anymore, thank you Niraj for restoring my faith in humanity.
Wonderful food and service ! Kuntal is a very dedicated service personnel. We ordered burrito bowl, tacos, quesadillas and brownie. Great food as always, brownie was unexpected but yumm ! I have been 2 other locations of Guac - Huntsville and Midland, but the service was terrible at those locations. This location was an exception, you’re greeted with warm smiles and patient service. Keep doing the great work.
