First time at this location, it was my husband's work party dinner. The food was great. Huge serving. I had shrimp and Cobb salad. The staff was amazing.

SymposiumCafeRestaurant Alliston has the best atmosphere for conversation and serves a wide variety of beautifully prepared food that is delicious. Guests eat out here often for breakfast or dinner, and the breakfast is amazing. The service is a delight every time, with staff who are lovely and make guests feel welcome from start to end. One server, Donna, was so fantastic—very kind, helpful, and attentive, with a sense of humor and kindness that made brunch a wonderful experience. Another guest praised the food, drinks, and service for a large party of 32, calling it far beyond any expectation, with Donna being exceptionally attentive during an emotional time. A first communion party with 43 guests was also a success, with the owners allowing early setup for a dessert table and decor. The staff went above and beyond to take care of guests with serious allergies like dairy, peanuts, chickpeas, and sesame. The food was delicious, and high chairs were provided for the tiniest guests. Suggestions for smoother delivery include a seating plan with place cards, and small activities for kids like colouring books or cards. Guests would definitely host another event here.
