My friend recommended this place for their veggie burger, and it exceeded my expectations. The burger was delicious, well-seasoned, and had a perfect level of spice. I truly enjoyed it and would definitely visit again.

This the only Harvey's I have ever been to in over 30 years that did not make my burger fresh. The burger was served from a warming drawer, the grill wasn't even on, the utensils were sitting on the grill. The bread was also pre-toasted. This location is not to Harvey's standards of serving fresh food! Truly disappointing.

Place smelt really bad. I’m sure they have a gas leak. Food was cold. Burger under cooked. We were not able to see to pick toppings for they Had put them away. Dirty floors. Dirty bathrooms. Would not go back. Should have read the reviews before going there. Waste of $49.00. Hold my bucket, I’m about to pile up this disgusting meal!

They didn't let us have 2 can dine for 17.89 without coupon. I guess the staff they are instructed to do that. But any other Harvys we have been, they didn't ask us to present a coupon. - We left. Luckily there was a different burger chain just across the street.

Annoyed as I went in with a coupon deal; 2 can dine (original cheese) and they ended up forgetting my cheese when I ordered and then when I asked for cheese (like I had ordered) they charged me $1.70 for the burgers….when it was there mistake originally for not listening… Plus, there was absolutely NO A/C in the building and it was extremely hot in the restaurant, where myself, my kids and friends were sweating buckets, as it was like 28-30 degrees out…would appreciate the A/C be either fixed or turned on so if eatting inside, as we did, you can be comfortable…even just ordering in line was hot… Lastly…the bathrooms and restaurant were not cleaned very well. Especially the bathrooms…you could see grime and dirt in the sinks and toilets, and all around… Not at all pleased with the Alliston Harvey’s experience…need some changes for sure…haven’t eaten inside for a while so not sure I will next time…

Been to this location around 8 times now , each time the staff has been great. I order the same thing each time a Big Harv original with both cheeses Cheddar. Each time the burger has been fresh unlike a lot of the other location that the burger is warm and the cheese doesn't melt. This place all 3 times was fresh and tasted good. Hopefully they keep up the good work.
