One of my favourite Pita pits in all of Canada . Excellent customer service and the quality and passion they put into each wrap is fantastic . I recently took my mom there for the first time and she absolutely loved the chicken caesar wrap . Will be visiting again .

Horrible service. Cashier had to be told twice on everything we wanted. Every pita pit we’ve been to never charges extra for two kinds of cheese. This place charges $1.90 for a different type of cheese!!!! Crazy! Will never be back.

Had a great experience with this branch of Pita Pitt, they make it fresh on demand, also the selection of toppings is great, I like their Chicken Souvlaki Plate 🍽️ and the lentil soup 🍲 is one of my favorite. Customer Service is great as well.

The Italian lady working there will give you attitude the whole time. She doesn’t even wash her hands after handling money, goes straight to make your food! Yuck! And she makes a terrible pita. Avoid this place it’s gone downhill.

I often come to this Pita Pit Location for Lunch/Dinner etc. Not a single time have I had a bad experience with this location.
The owner is incredibly aware of their service & food and goes to great lengths to ensure of their quality time and time again. I've frequented this location for over 7 years, not a single time have I had anything negative to say about this location, the staff, or the food that they serve.
As I go to other food service locations or restaurants, I never necessarily enjoy the meal that I'm getting, I simply think that what I'll have will be better than having a Pita. I often find myself to simply be incorrect.
Pita Pit Alliston continues to be handled by incredible staff, a fantastic and welcoming owner and serving delicious pita's each and every single day.
They will do anything they possibly can in order to have your order ready for when you come by and when they don't have an ingredient on hand that you order? They CALL and let you know about it....Not a SINGLE restaurant in years has called me besides them for an order, other food services simply JUST don't tell me until I get home and I find out "Why am I missing this item I definitely ordered and paid for".
Pita Pit Alliston is a constant part of my work week and weekends and I thank them for their dedication and providing healthy, delicious meals for me to enjoy.

Disappointing. Rushed through my order to get me out the door, even though not busy, did not listen, and threw a pita at me that is full of things I don't want and is completely falling apart. I felt as though I was being shouted at but with no eye contact. It was not a pleasant experience for $15 pita.
