5/5, my girlfriend always orders delivery here and she asks for Chipotle Mayo. Even though you can't order it on the app itself, they never forget to give it to her.
She asked them a single time, and they've never forgotten since. We don't even have to ask, they just know. Now that's service.
Now, my own opinion, they make a MEAN spicy chicken burrito. Goes insanely hard. But, them remembering my girlfriends Chipotle Mayo makes it an 11/10

It had all the components of a burrito but none of the flavor. Ordered a regular regular Barbacoa burrito with all the fixings, and while everything was fresh it was woefully bland. It's unfortunate cause getting a decent tasting burrito anywhere else in Alliston means you run the risk of getting food poisoning :(

I bring my 80yr old mother to this location at least once a week. In particular there is one staff member who always has a warm smile. He is very friendly. My mother gets the same thing every time and enjoys every bite. She always has leftovers for the next day and it is equally as good. Very clean inside and food is fresh.

Quesasa used to have really good food but ever since they parted ways with my personal favourite employee the food they make does not taste as good. There is not enough sauce/seasoning anymore.
Lots of vegetables still in the wraps but not as much as before.
