this person identifying themselves of the owner no remorse no apology no customer service just an arrogant disrespectful prick.

It was pretty empty but I still waited a bit to get seated and I was eventually seated at a really dirty table, also the tip options on the debit terminal are super aggressive I think the lowest one was 18% and it went up to 25% but I could be mistaken

Well... I hate to do this but I'm only bad about one thing and one thing only and it seems to be common issue with chain restaurants... Skimping out but raising prices.
Potatoes are not expensive yet everytime it's the lamest portion of potatoes. 0plus Where's the fruit that used to come with these meals? (I had one singular potato before taking the photo.)
Everything else was lovely but be aware of how much the portions of food has changed.

On Sunday morning we had a family breakfast out and Sunset Grill was fantastic. Food was excellent but even better was our server! (I'm so sorry I forget her name) Best sense of humor ever and quick to take care of us. Food was fast, coffee never empty and they had hot sauce for my hubby. I sure hope the staff read these reviews ! Well done.

The food and service were excellent, and the staff were attentive and friendly. However, the seating arrangement was disappointing—tables were too close together, making the space feel cramped and uncomfortable. A bit more room between seats would greatly enhance the dining experience.

I went here on Wednesday of last week with my father.
I would like to start with the atmosphere. It was beautiful. There was beautiful artwork and lights all over.
The service was just as good. The girl who served is (shoutout to Brooklyn!) was so nice. She was efficient and kind.
My father Got the California Benedict, and he said it was excellent. I got a delicious sunset supreme pancakes, with strawberry. It was so good. I devoured it.
Overall, I can’t recommend this place more!
