Mamma's Place Restaurant & Pizzeria Almonte

We are from out of town and ate supper there... The pizza is incredible! Loved it so much we ordered another one to take home. The service was incredible and the owner himself came to talk to us. Highly recommended and will definitely be doing the drive to come back. Thank you for an amazing pizza 🍕

Decent place. Not expensive and amazing value for what you order. We didn't like the gravy, but the lasagna and pizza were a hit. The Halifax donair was huge, but was not very good. I would try more of their menu though as the value was excellent. We were turned away at another local empty restaurant, so appreciated the attentive service, but I should note there is no bar service.

I don't leave reviews often, let alone a bad one, especially on a local business which I'd love to support, but sadly this experience was sad. Ordered a baked lasagna, deep fried cheese curds and a beyond meat burger with cheese. The baked lasagna's sauce was very sweet while the cheese was incredible salty. We paid 12 dollars for the deep fried cheese curds, told they'd be enough to share and got about 20 cheese curds, most of which were very small, there was so little i could see the bottom of the box before eating any. To top it off my beyond meat burger didn't even get its cheese. All this for 50$. Differently not worth it.

Great people, amazing food

Was at Mammas Place on Family Day. Great service and great food as always. The only issue was a rude customer that was very mean to the lovely waitress over $1.50 that he thought his pizza was overpriced . Really buddy? Not ok to be mean to a family business over taxes that she has no control over. The lovely waitress handled the situation well and I was impressed with her. I have been going to this restaurant for decades and always a place I highly recommend. He should go else where ..he is not a customer any business would want. Thanks for all you do to the staff and owners at Mammas Place. Keep up the good work. Cheers
