Everything here is very good, fantastic hygiene, 1000 service, polite and attentive staff, I travel a lot and only here did I find VIP treatment

Very friendly staff who are fast and efficient. I don't know who's making the corporate decisions about the menu but the flatbreads look absolutely unappetizing, the sandwiches seem smaller than they used to be and the bakery options especially the donuts and muffins are just mediocre. I don't blame this location, or any about the food, the corporate execs are the ones changing the menu and not for the better.
This location is one of the better Timmy's I've been to though.

While the drive through line can at times be quite long, they always do a great job providing cheerful uplifting service. They are receptive to finding solutions to any issues that arise, which is a nice contrast to some other locations I have visited.

Quality of service has taken a huge slide lately with the introduction of non english speaking staff. They don't speak english, can't understand customers, and get orders wrong repeatedly.I used to go daily, but with this drastic drop in service quality, I'll take my money elsewhere.
