I decided to stop at this specific location since we have been waiting for our Pixie baby's operation (3hrs) to be done.. I went inside the Tim Hortons and then I went in line ordered the people in that Tim hortons certainly dont know the meaning behind customer service!! No smile, the energy was negative.. Another Tim hortons who lost me as a customer..20 more customers plus lost. Clean location !! Bad service! 0/10

I went there ordered something basic got a semi warm tea. Plus the donut I ordered and was read back to me.innthe drive through was not apart of my order as I had the receipt shoved in my face to prove I didn't order one even though I did and all that had to happen was a donut brought I would have paid if I didn't already. So not the best experience there today usually they are on point and good.

Drive through almost never gets my order right. I'd say about 20% of the time it's right. It's all right on the screen when I order it, and somehow between then and me getting my food it's messed up
