“The food was amazing! So fresh & tasty! And, in the beautiful little town of Amherstburg across from the park. The owner is so sweet. She's known my husband since he used to work at a bank in town, and remembered him years later, and was so happy to see him. I want to go back asap! We had a Korean bbq bento box, spider roll, California rolls, and soft shell crab appetizer. Also my husband got to try a complimentary seaweed salad. Did I say the food was amazing? I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. Definitely a gem of a restaurant!”

“Such fantastic beer! Have sampled a few kinds now but I’m in LOVE with Thom’s Irish Ale. The coffee one is also incredible. I can’t wait to get down to the brewery to pick up a bunch to bring back to London!”

“As always, service and food was awesome! We tried the burger of the month...a Carribean Chicken sandwich. Just the right blend of heat and sweet. The staff was great, as was the atmosphere. Definitely our favourite place to dine in or take-out from in the 'Burg.”

“Best broasted chicken in town! We usually order the 21 piece family dinner for 10 people and there's always some left over. Big juicy pieces of chicken, great fries & gravy and great service. They are always so friendly!”

“My family and I stopped here today, during an outing along the surrounding two lakes and river. What a great atmosphere as soon as we walked through the doors - the staff all greeted us with big smiles. All of the servers were amazing, especially towards my 16 month old grandson. I will absolutely say this is a family friendly restaurant, with fantastic homestyle meals - we ordered the fish tacos, broasted chicken, quesadilla, and kid's chocolate chip pancakes. With such a good experience, we will definitely return to explore more from their menu. Thanks Mealtime Express!!”

“OMG! Try the Avocado Boat with Chicken Salad! (Whole avocado cut in half & filled with chicken salad (or tuna salad) Excellent combination. It almost looked too pretty to eat.

“Unfortunately, I had the steak chunk sandwich, on special....their name for it was a Cheesesteak sandwich...chunks of reheated old steak, with ample grizzle, without cheese...couldn't eat it...but the onion rings were great...used to love going there, but the food has dropped in quality...sad. Did get ample apologies from our waitress, and it's certainly not her fault...she did go inside, after seeing the mess on my plate...comped half the price, even with 3/4 left...oh well...thank you, I guess.”

“Been looking for a good veggie sub in Windsor Essex for a while. In the gta McKay's was my goto as it was hard for others to compete with at the time a 6$ 12 inch veggie that was loaded up. Well we bought these with the recent promos and I must say these taste amazing. My whole family loves the vegetarian sub here. Wish the prices were a little less but thankfully the promos help. The staff and location have been amazing. Always clean and super polite.”

“I’ve been going to Gyros & More for a while, and I have to say, the new owners have really made a difference. The food tastes better, the service is friendlier, and the portions actually make sense for the price now. You can tell they care about what they’re doing.

It’s nice to see this place back on track, definitely worth checking out if you haven’t been in a while.”
