Need better, signage as we drove by 2x needs boulevard flag sign at ground level as large trees cover sign. Food very good and is extremely clean.

I went in at 7:00pm on a Monday, and had one small group in front of me. They received their order at 7:01. I ordered and paid for my two Blizzards at 7:02. With one door dasher waiting for his order, and only two drive thru orders, I was waiting until 7:18. I'm patient, but 16 minutes is a long time for two Blizzards.

The cashier was nice, but she had food debris all over her shirt. I don't know if that's normal, but it would be nice if they were tidier. Upon receiving my Blizzards, there were two problems. Both containers were full of remnants of the mixing process. They had fudge and ice cream all over the outside, making it unsightly and sticky. Secondly, they were barely frozen. One was overfilled but melted, and dripping down the sides, to the point where I had to sip along the sides before I got back in my vehicle. My drive home two minutes a way, with full blast AC, didn't do any good, and the same Blizzard dripped all over the place. I should've listened to these reviews. I also shouldn't have accepted the Blizzards in their state.

Ordered a blizzard and got it 30 seconds later. Great service. Employees were very welcoming and kind which made for a great experience. Although one of the employees had a bit of ice cream on her forehead. Hope she’s alright lol

Staff was great and service was quick. Might have been the time but every garbage was overflowing. Otherwise the restaurant is clean and well maintained

Wait times are absolutely horrendus. You stand there for 15 too 20 minutes waiting for your food. And another 10 minutes just watching the food cool down in the back till it finally comes too you. Not to mention how long it can take just to get someone up front too order your food

Went in to get s cake on short notice, and the staff made it without hesitation. It was delicious.
