Brie at Dairy Queen is an absolute gem! 🌟 I stopped going there for a while, but she's brought the service back up to top-notch! Super courteous, attentive, and made our order feel like a priority. She went above and beyond to get everything just right. This astablishment has always been so kind and generous all the employees do a great job and assistance with all their customers like family absolutely recommend this place while passing through the little town of Amherstburg

Just simply aweful. Would give negative stars if I could. Skimpy on the food, runny blizzards, and an owner who is never there from the US who could not care less about the Canadian community in which he operates. One of the workers told me the owner was total MAGA. I’ll take my Canadian dollars to the new Canadian-owned location opening in Walkerville. Pathetic. Worst DQ in Canada, barr none.

Watched employees verbally abuse an elderly couple whose order was incorrect. I’ve seen and heard enough to drive to the new DQ opening in Walkerville. I understand that the barr for service is lower at some establishments, but this place apparently has reached new lows. Worst DQ in Canada—barr none.

My wife and I were regular weekly customers here, but after today we will never be back. My wife is hard of hearing, and part of her order was missing. When I called to ask for it to be fixed, the employee on the phone immediately got defensive, blamed my wife, and even claimed they were “yelling and screaming for her to stop” — which is completely untrue. She then accused me of yelling when I wasn’t, and hung up on me. At one point, I spoke over the employee only because she was actively blaming my wife for their mistake. Speaking firmly to stop blame is not yelling, and it is dishonest for staff to claim otherwise.

This is the worst customer service we’ve ever had at a Dairy Queen. Blaming your mistake on a customer with a hearing disability and hanging up when questioned is unacceptable. This location needs serious management attention. Save your money or go elsewhere. McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's wherever..Just know this location has little idea what customer appreciation is. I suppose this says something about why the parking lot is always empty. Not another dollar.

Terrible service, rude, and ordered chocolate brownie extreme blizzards 3 of them, they were white ice cream and very little pieces inside, but yet they charge you so much for one and there so cheap. You want to charge 22.00 for 3 small ice creams make them properly. Train your workers to make the product the right way. Than the girl lies to me and tells me there’s no proper amount of chocolate to put in the blizzards and that’s why they come out white ice cream. Ha to bad I had kids that worked there and that’s not true. Very disappointing this store is. Not a happy customer. You’re better off going to Mc Donald’s.

When I thought of dairy Queen I only thought of ice cream, but they have delicious meals. I really enjoy their burgers and their fries are excellent. The burgers loaded to the top. The bacon double cheeseburger are so good and the service was outstanding!!!

We had such a great spur of the moment stop here on our way out of town! The store itself was very clean and inviting. We were helped by Masood at the register, who was incredibly friendly and helpful above and beyond a typical customer interaction. We got our blizzards very quickly, and the new caramel toffee cookie blizzard was absolutely fantastic. I’ve always been a Dairy Queen fan, but this location and service were particularly great! Thank you Masood!
