Ordered take out for 7 people. Food was super fresh, very hot, huge portions with plenty of fresh veggies. Highly recommend Golden Gate ✨️

The food is pretty good but the portions are small for the price . I paid almost 70 dollars for 3!person meal but I was disappointed with the amount of food given. Plus I had to pay extra for chicken instead of beef

Ordered 1st time on a recommendation. Can't say enough as to how tasty our food was. Fresh, hot and promptly called when our order was ready earlier than said pick up time. 100% will be ordering again👍👍

Really wonderful food - egg rolls were crisp and not greasy, with perfect amount of seasoning - chicken in the sweet and sour chicken balls was so tender - generous amount of fried rice in the combination plate - some of the best Chinese food I've ever had

This is the worst Chinese food I have tasted. We ordered take out and the food tasted like it was old. The fried rice was stuck together and covered in the sauce from my General Tao, Egg rolls were old and the insides was dried out, it was difficult to even bite them.
When I called to talk to them about the issues with the food the owner was downright ignorant and insisted the food was fresh and they make the Egg rolls every morning, told me to leave my name and they will give me extra Egg roll to replace the ones that were in my meal next time we order!! While trying to explain about the meal she said "I don't have time to talk about it. leave your name and I will replace the egg rolls", at which she hung up the call.
If you are looking for a decent Chinese meal I suggest you take the time to go to somewhere outside of Amherstburg as this place is a waste of your time and money.
