“I’ve been going to Gyros & More for a while, and I have to say, the new owners have really made a difference. The food tastes better, the service is friendlier, and the portions actually make sense for the price now. You can tell they care about what they’re doing.

“I have seen this place online but I am seldom in the area. Saturday my friend and I stopped for lunch. We sat near the front of the building so I had a chance to look the place over. Retired USMC, I know what clean is and this is clean, clean, clean. We each had a variation of their cheeseburger, and both were cooked exactly the way we asked for. Tender, juicy, delicious. We both agreed one of the best burgers we have had in many years. Anxious to go back and try more of their menu. Great service and everyone was "small town" kind of friendly.“

“First time ordering, I got 2 gyros, a side salad and a humm, enough for about 3 meals. If you're getting a gyro, you may as well get a second one with it. It's a dollar off, and gives you left overs for later.Gyro meat has got some bite, and the tomato is acidic, but the sauce does a wonderful job of taming and pulling the sandwich together. The humm is oily and garlicy and delicious, pairing wonderfully with the soft dryness of the pita and the savory spice of the gyro, earning the involuntary "mmmm". A time-tested formula sure to delight. Overall, a quality sandwich, and the kind of meal I expect when I order from a place called "La Pita on Sandwich".On the downside, my salad came with onions and cucumbers, which I specifically asked to be excluded. But I had no problem pawning those bits off to one of my hungry house mates. There were no onions on my pita, so I'm thinking they were made by different people to get my order out in good time. The ingredients weren't mixed in, so it wasn't too hard to pick them out to my satisfaction. And most people want those things in their salad anyway.Also, personal opinion, their drink game is lacking. But, like... whose isn't these days?The presentation of the packaged meal was adequate. It smelled like food, and I was able to tell what was what before opening anything.
