Ordered a premium turkey bacon club for $18. Light lettuce and relieved one piece of turkey, ham and two strips of bacon! If I wanted a bread sandwich I would've ordered that! Very cheap and poorly made!

I don't know how a place that sells Slices stays open when everyday at lunch. There's no slices.... How you gonna sell lunch and not have anything ready at lunchtime?

I had the pleasure of placing an order with Josh ( I am almost positive that was his name) who was so kind and accommodating. The orders of boneless were delicious, the best in Essex County! Thank you Josh for providing incredible customer service!!!
Stopped here for a quick small pepperoni pizza and was pleasantly surprised! The pizza was cooked quickly and thoroughly! Never had sliced pepperoni like this before! I mean the round slices were thinly sliced into thin strips and distributed evenly over the pizza. Pepperoni in every bite! ?

Terrible, terrible service/ delivery.
—Ordered delivery on a regular Sunday evening at 5:30. They said 45mins-1hr. I called at 6:40 to ask if the pizza was on its way, and the worker said “Yes, he just left. Give him 5 minutes”. He showed up 25 minutes later (after 7:00 pm).
—Ordered delivery on a Saturday at 4:15. Medium pizza. Again, they said 45mins-1hr. Pizza still was not here an hour and 15 minutes later, so I ordered from another local place in town and cancelled Naples.

Usually good subs. Been getting skinnier, and I seem to always get hard buns now? Ordered some in person last week. Went shopping for over an hour. Went back for 2 subs, and the worker said. "Oh, ya still want them"? Of course I didn't!!! Well after spending alot of $ here. I think its time for a change with all the others options now!
