Absolutely horrible food and service, If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 3 lbs of chicken wings. Some weren’t even cooked. Ordered hot sauce got mild. Also ordered garlic sauce on the side and did not receive it but was still charged. Very unprofessional workers who clearly don’t care about there job. Owner should do better!

Justin the pizza maker makes great pizza always tastes great!
A Naples delivery driver dropped us a pizza at the pharmacy I work at. We asked what’s this about? He said it was to spread holiday cheer and I could have cried. A simple gesture that our local pizza shop did brightened the day of me and my coworkers. The pizza was awesome and gave me another reason to support a local business. Thanks Naples!!

Our group walked in to order three subs on Saturday evening around 9pm and when we walked in the three young gentleman there were almost arguing about who was going to help us and then a young teenager came to help us. The order was 2 clubs and a pizza sub with green peppers. My friend ordered a club and the kid put the wrong meat on so he asked to have it switched out, he did however he put the meat back in the container to be used again. Ew. Then my husband’s pizza sub didn’t have pepperoni on it, but ham also missing the green peppers. So he asked for the pepperoni and he had to asked for it warmed up. We left and then he realized it was wasn’t pepperoni on it but salami. He walked back on to return it. How disappointing. Thankfully the other subs were okay but this overall experience was just awful.

Quite upset paid $ 44 for a large pizza ask for mushrooms and they put canned mushrooms on it you would figure it would be fresh mushrooms as usual but can was added and canned mushrooms are slimy and gross was not even offered a fresh mushroom option so I assumed the mushrooms would be fresh will not come here again

This place is not good and just weird overall.
During lunch someone bought the last three slices right before me. I asked are you making more any idea roughly when they'd be ready. Couldn't get a rough idea 15 minutes, 45 minutes, 2 hours before the next slices would be ready so just went to Armando's .
Recently I tried fried chicken and poutine. The chicken tasted like super old grease, terrible and the poutine barely had gravy.
Previously I found the pizza has also been wildly inconsistent, from not round to undercooked to just wrong.
This is soooooooo radically different from any other Naples I've ever tried in Windsor.
It's like a bunch of children are running the show. I'll never be back and actively tell everyone I know avoid this place.
