Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House

We have visited twice so far and they don't disappoint. the portions are generous and delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. They pay attention to details. Even during busy times the wait for food is quick.

Went there with 3 friends at 12 noon on a Sunday with no reservations. Place was packed but they said about a 15-20 minute wait. They were pretty true to their word. Waitress was quick to approach us (sorry I didn't get her name). Ordered our food and did not wait long at all for our food to be ready. Food was phenomenal! Each of us ordered different things and there was not one complaint. Highly recommend.

Service was fast and the staff were friendly! Food was excellent!! Didn’t have to wait for a table but started to get really busy with long wait times after 30 mins of sitting

I’ve now changed my review of this place.
The first time was great - Michael was our server and he is a pro.

The last few times I’ve been back - no Michael, and rather unprofessional staff. I asked for hot sauce and waited so long that my food got cold. I could have walked to the grocer next door, bought my own sauce, and returned to the restaurant faster.

Coffee doesn’t get refilled.

Feels like they don’t care if the customer is happy or not.

Had to change my review. And that makes me sad.

Dietary restrictions: GF friendly, but ask detail. Staff is not aware of allergies. Same frier is used for ALL fried food, so contamination is present. Be cautoius.

Stacked Carlingwood Mall Ottawa, great food, great service. Need better windows (only available seat was beside window, where it felt like a constant 10C breeze.). Get better all weather windows and the place will be perfect!

we loved the menu and she service. Vanessa was great to deal with and food came out fast and hot.

Lots of food on plates. Taste great. Michael is a very friendly and helpful.
