Back when you were giving out the free foot-long cookies, the worker was quite homophobic, was very put off by my husband and I, and neglected tell us we had to do separate bills to get 2 of the cookies, when we clearly said we wanted 2, once he rang us up together, he said it was too late and we can only have 1. He was very rude, it was a terrible experience, we used to go every week, and now have not been in many months!

I visited Subway right at closing time with a big order of eight foot-long subs, and Deepak handled everything amazingly well. He was friendly, patient, and very fast despite the late hour and the size of our order. The sandwiches were made perfectly, and his positive attitude really stood out.

I am in Amherstburg, Ontario, Canada. I have tried numerous times to get the Subway website to work so that we can place an order. Does anyone monitor the website and ever fix it? One Star because the website does not work.

I paid for a Steak sandwich but there was little to no meat! Basically a veggie sandwich for $14. I'm never going back! Hope they go out of business. I'll pay a little more and atleast get my money's worth at a Firehouse Subs
