It’s hard to give a rating. Standing in front, waiting to be seated, completely ignored, because they were fully booked and didn’t take walk ins. After standing for a while, we went in to find out from annoyed hostess that they were fully booked and were offered to sit at the bar. That would have been good if she was a bit nicer. Oh, well there are other places. Excellent food is not always enough. It’s the service, even when patrons are not seated. The overall stars and food and atmosphere were based on previous visits.

Wanted to go out for dinner this past Sunday night as past experiences were great . Got to the patio entrance where signs were posted to please wait to be seated . We waited 5 minutes and nobody approached . A server came from inside to speak to a table of four on the patio and brought them inside . The server was right in front of us and never looked or acknowledged us . Nobody ever came to us so we walked inside to get a table and were abruptly told we would have to take a seat at the bar as that’s all that was available . That’s fine and a busy place is equitable but this sort of treatment was unacceptable. We went to another establishment and had a great meal . Will not be back !

Took my family of 5 for dinner the appetizers were okay but the meals were terrible. Second time in 2 months we were there and our meals were not good. Nice place and location but in the two years we have lived in Amherstburg and visited this establishment 7 times it has consistently gone down hill.

The pork belly is a rich and indulgent addition, balancing the meatiness of the burger with a melt-in-your-mouth bite and just the right amount of salt and crisp. The aioli adds creaminess and a slight tang that cuts through the fattiness, while the pickled red onion gives a sharp, vinegary contrast that really elevates the overall flavour profile. Arugula introduces a light peppery freshness, adding a touch of green without overwhelming the palate. The bun is glossy and nicely toasted, sturdy enough to hold everything together without going soggy. Topped with a crisp pickle skewer, it’s as Instagrammable as it is tasty. The hand-cut fries are golden, well-seasoned with parmesan, and cooked to a satisfying crunch. They're not just an afterthought—they’re a real part of the experience. Special shoutout to Alaina, who was kind, attentive, and really made the dining experience pleasant. Her attentive service added a warm, personal touch that brought the whole meal together.
