Made a quick pit stop here before hitting the Ambassador Bridge to head home! Definitely worth the stop! They had the best customer service, and the staff was awesome. I had a brief conversation with one of the employees, and it was a very welcoming experience for just a bathroom break and some hot chocolate. I’ll definitely be back here when I’m in Amherstburg again!

the last 3 times I went there and ordered a filled donut, the donuts had no filling. Once is a fluke, but 3 times, I don't know how you forget to fill so many filled donuts...

This location had a lot of flies in the restaurant when I went. So much so I got grossed out enough to walk out of the store before giving my order.
It's fall. I understand the odd fly being in the store is inevitable. But with the cold weather approaching, it's a red flag to have THAT many flies in a food establishment in October. Tim's is not what it used to be.. gross.

This is no longer the Tim's of old. Small donuts and un trained staff. Not friendly at all. And this Tim's seems to always run out of oatmilk.

Placed an online order went to go pick up the order and they didn't have multiple items of my order, so I politely asked for a refund and I kid you not they start talking to the their coworkers saying negative things about me. They were actually upset that I wanted a refund because THEY were missing things from my order. I usually go to this location in the morning and they crew is usually great, but this afternoon crew was extremely disrespectful. I've never written a review before ever but I honestly had such a bad experience I felt it was deserved.
