We ordered are food, pulled up to the waiting area waiting over 35 minutes. We got tired of waiting and went inside to ask how much longer for are food. They forgot we ordered and that we were waiting. Staff didn’t know who was supposed to be making what.we waited another 15 minutes for a chicken parm flat bread and the supreme stack. No refund or anything offered. When I got home to eat the supreme stack it was burnt to a crisp and Soggy. After making us wait 35 minutes i can’t believe they would serve this. I work in customer service so I can understand the environment and pressure but this is poor management, customer service.

They need to have a better phone order system. What’s the point of placing an online order to pick up if it takes 20 minutes and for someone to ask what are you waiting for.

Best alone such a good kind food serving space in lasalle close to civic center area , The TimHorton. Visited several times, whenever go to that area. All the time inspired by the service, extra care by staff. Best coffee of my choice. 1 cream 1 milk 1 sugar, hot 🔥 served . Bagel toasted with butter 🧈 wow, good baking and enough butter to enjoy coffee ☕️. Highly recommend to visit there. Thanks 😊

Been going to this Tim Hortons for a long time and before that went to the other Tim Hortons before it closed with a lot of the same staff. The staff here are absolutely wonderful and already know the orders of its locals a lot of the time . Always greeted with a friendly face and awesome service !
