Nine months living in Amherstburg and we finally visited the Town Diner. A busy post Christmas weekend lunch, was not disappointed. Excellent attentive service for the classic, reasonably priced, diner meal we were craving. We will be back.

What a great Diner. The food is great, the service fast, friendly and attentive. Plush seats and booths and very clean with lots of parking out front. Just moved here a month ago and its our favourite in town.

We had breakfast there this morning and we had a very good experience.. The waitress let us come back in and wait for car service as we could not start our car when leaving .. Very much appreciated and your kindness goes a long way .. Thankyou so much ..

Overall decent food and service. My only complaint is tables are WAY to close to each other no room to walk between even staff had hard time . I felt bad for elderly couple seating next me I had to help them stand up and away from table.

I'm a 75 year old senior came to your restaurant with 2 other seniors for dinner. Got there at 5:15 pm & was told we couldn't order off the senior menu becuz it ended at 5 pm. What's up with that seeing as most seniors go to dinner between 4 & 6. That's just wrong for people that have already payed their dues in life. Although the food & service was good our bill was 80 dollar & we left a good tip we will not be spending our money at the town dinner again. A few dollars is nothing to you but it can make or break some seniors. It's just wrong people.

We ordered 12 meals for takeout this past week. The service was excellent. When my husband got there at the time that we asked for everything was ready to go. The portions were great to the point that we still had some for later. The food was hot and everything was just as we asked for. The tops of the boxes were even marked with what was inside the box. Thank you so much for making that day even better with all of your great food. We will be back as we always are.
