Restaurant was busy, but empty tables were not cleaned for patrons to use. Garbages were over flowing. Food prices were very expensive. Would have rather went to a restaurant and enjoyed a hot healthy meal. I only visited to take grandchildren to eat after the parade. Otherwise, I would have never been there.

Always such lovely staff. Clinton was a delight when I took my son for lunch a few weeks ago, and last night Josh served us. He was so friendly and when my boyfriend asked for extra extra pickles for me, Julia hooked me up with a cup of them! We consistently receive some of the best customer service in town at our Amherstburg Wendys. Keep it up!

Bathrooms were clean. The faucet takes about 4 run throughs to get hot, to be able to wash your hands properly. No complaints and I recommend Wendy's to any fast food connoisseurs. Fresh is fresh.
Just a short drive away is a beautiful spot to take lunch and look out over the water. Hole in the wall as it's called! Not much space for parking there but hey ho. Thank you Wendy's and God bless!

I had a wonderful experience at Wendy’s drive-thru thanks to Clinton. He was not only kind and professional but went above and beyond by explaining the Frosty promotions they’ve had in the past and even shared details about the upcoming holiday flavor. His enthusiasm and attention to detail made the interaction feel truly special. Clinton’s warm and thoughtful nature really stood out, and it’s clear he loves what he does. Wendy’s is fortunate to have such a standout employee!

Change and order were both wrong for B-fast. The person at the window wouldn't listen, or understand their mistake, and seemed too busy to listen? I said nevermind, and left. Burgers are very mushy? Like they're not cooked enough maybe?

Food is always consistently good and comes out quick. The only negative which is no fault of this location is that the Wendy's app is sort of terrible. Sometimes they get the order right away other times it takes five plus minutes to appear on their system.

If I’m gonna get fast food, it’s Wendys. Beats McDonald’s every time.I’m mostly writing this review bc the wait staff during the day is exceptional. I’ve gone in with my two kids under the age of 4 and received the absolute best service. Although we don’t eat much and it’s mostly for a sit-down break from our walk, they went out of there way to bring our food to the table, ask if we needed anything while seated, and even helped throw out my garbage while trying to get both kids situated and cleaned up. Management is doing an excellent job at this location.

We continually go to this Wendy’s as we feel the food is superior to any of the fast food in our town. The staff are unbelievably friendly and remember us even in drive thru! Lastly, the Cherry Pib is the worlds greatest soft drink and we can get it all the time.
