We had an absolutely fabulous dinner at Ancaster Mill. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The staff remembered us and made the evening feel so personal and welcoming, which truly meant a lot. Lisa was an amazing server —attentive, warm, and so knowledgeable. She took care of all of our needs and answered every question we had with such care and professionalism. Her service truly elevated our dining experience. The atmosphere is beautiful, the food was outstanding, and the overall experience was unforgettable. We can't wait to return. Thank you for another wonderful evening!

Brilliant service from the moment we pulled up. Valet was very cool and the service outstanding. The food hit every spot. We shared a shrimp cocktail and the tajin was a nice touch. My girlfriend had the bucatini and I had the cape D'or salmon. We were both immensely impressed and agreed this would need to be a spot to come back to. Especially in the spring when the water areas and aren't frozen over. Still breath taking views and photo areas but summer would have been even more incredible. Would recommend for a date!

Unfortunately, our brunch experience was negatively impacted by the attitude of our server, Kyle. His service came across as dismissive, rude and uninterested, which is especially disappointing at a restaurant known for its high standards. If a staff member is unhappy or disengaged, it shows—and it affects the entire dining experience. Guests come to relax and enjoy their time, and attentive, welcoming service is a key part of that. I truly hope management pays attention to these types of reviews so future guests can enjoy the outstanding setting without the disruption of poor service like Kyle's.

We were a group of 12 celebrating a 60th birthday. The servers were exceptional. Very polite and accommodating. The food was fresh and a nice selection. The ambiance is bright and light and very inviting. Thank you and we will be back again.

Really nice place if you haven't been and in servers and service was good. The food however, was over-engineered and didn't have the quality that justifies the price. Not even close. If you're going because you've never been to the mill, then it's not a bad idea. otherwise, there are dozens and dozens better restaurants if you're into food.

Ancaster Mill is an absolutely beautiful place. The ambience is amazing, and the location beside the falls makes it feel really special — definitely one of the best parts of the experience. That said, the food was honestly below par. For the price, I expected a much higher standard in both taste and quality, but it didn't deliver. The dishes felt underwhelming and not worth what they charge

We placed our orders for drinks. My husband ordered a beer and I ordered a Diet Coke. The Diet Coke was flat and my husbands beer was not cold. When we let the server know he took it back and 10 minutes later brought another beer. Said the fridge broke and they got the beer from another fridge. My appetizer of calamari was not hot but I did not send it back. We had to ask the server to do something about our 'uneven' table. After 10 minutes they fixed it. Our entrees came and were very good. It took a long time for the server to come back each time. And often it was a different server
